Items of Interest:

Having visited Colorado three different times before moving here, I can say without hesitation that this state has incredible natural beauty and splendor. It is hard not to get a pretty picture in some of these areas. The mountains provide a breathtakeing backdrop to the city of Denver and can be seen from practically anywhere.

There are many more sights I have not yet visited here, I plan to. As I visit them I plan to add more to the Colorado section of this site.

Rocky Mountain National Park has pictures around RMNP that I took back in July of 2001.

Mount Evans has some pictures from my trips to Mount Evans. The Mount Evans Scenic Byway is America's highest paved automobile road.

Pikes Peak contains pictures from my latest trip up the mountain. It has some pretty spectacular views.

Garden Of the Gods is close to Pikes Peak and is quite dramatic as it has huge red sandstone like rocks portruding out of the ground. This section contains a few of my pictures of it.

Seven Falls features a couple of pictures I took of the falls and surrounding areas.

Hanging Lake is one of the most beautiful sights here in Colorado - highly recommended!

Mesa Verde features the Anasazi or ancient Puebloan ruins in southwest Colorado - a truly amazing place to visit.

Maroon Bells is one of the most photographed mountain ranges here in Colorado near Aspen. It is amazingly beautiful in the fall.
